Refund & Cancellation Policy

Exchanges and refunds are accepted in-store within 14 days with a valid receipt, provided that items are unused and in original condition.
Certain items cannot be exchanged or refunded after opening, including:
pools, inflatables, hairbrushes, puzzles, bottles, pumps, clothing, accessories, and hygienic products.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
Gift items can only be exchanged with a valid gift receipt.

Eligible returns will be refunded as a Toy World voucher, minus shipping and banking fees.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
We do not accept returns for damaged or incomplete items.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Orders can be canceled before shipment to avoid additional costs.
If an order has already shipped, return shipping costs (including free gifts) will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds are always processed through the original payment method.
